About Kerry

 

I first obtained my real estate license in 1987, where I was living, listing and selling homes in Ludlow, Vermont.  I am now a Broker/Realtor working with Jim Campbell Real Estate in Newport, Vermont, a small rural community of about 6,000, located close to the Canadian border and offering a great mix of properties including lake and mountain second homes as well as farms, older New England style homes, some mobiles and the occasional newer home.  Most of our listings offer 1 to 10+ acres of land and many have lovely views of the lakes and mountains in our community.  We work throughout the entire county of Orleans, located in what is known here as the "Northeast Kingdom". 

I am married and have five grown children and three grandchildren.  I enjoy mountian biking, hiking, kayaking, snow shoeing, snowboarding, fishing and all the other benefits of living in rural Vermont. 

I served as the President-Elect for our Board of Realtors, and have also served as Secretary of the Board.  I was awarded the Realtor of the Year for Orleans County Board of Realtors for 2010.

I achieved the ABR designation in 2014, although I have enjoyed working with Buyers throughout my Real Estate career.
