It is close to Lake Seymour but a little more off the beaten path making it tend to be quieter than the other lakes in the area. Don't let this fool you though; Echo Lake is just as clean and enjoyable. If you want the excitement of water skiing or the quietness of kayaking and watching the bald eagles that frequent the area you can get it all at Echo Lake.
